The Sonoma County Bar Association conducted its second all-day seminar on April 17, 2015, as a "pre-quel" to its wildly successful all-day civil trial seminar of 2014.  20 of the County's preeminent attorneys and judges participated in seven panel discussions geared toward the newer litigators in a day filled with tips and best practices.  From filing a complaint, preparing the response, conducting discovery, depositions, motions for summary judgment/adjudication, effective use of experts and settlement, the presentations were top-notch from start to finish.  Cudos to the organizers of this terrific event!
